Richard Henry Lee & his beloved wife at the U.S. Capitol On Saturday 03 August 2002,
the 510th anniversary of
Columbus setting sail
for the new world (in 1492),
i, Richard Henry Lee,
and my beloved wife
greeted
We the People
in
Washington DC.

Upon arriving, Mrs. Lee & i found a long line snaking around a building -- the line for the International Spy Museum.  i think it is a sign of the times that spying is a "hot topic".

Starting at the end of the line and moving forward, i greeted the people, and explained that, in the interest of world peace, i am proposing the "Organic Rebirth of American Communities" amendment to the U.S. constitution.

After explaining the amendment, i gave away the latest Congress-Shall-Make-No-Law T-shirt -- on the front, it has the CSMNL stopsign, with a NO to Congress that is so big that it encompasses the entire globe.

After the spy museum, we took a cab to the U.S. Capitol -- i would have liked to walk, but it was a very warm day, especially for one dressed in colonial attire.

At the Capitol, i got front and center before the Capitol and greeted and met the people, as well as the local police.  We spoke with many people, gave away T-shirts and business cards, and posed for pictures with them.

May we all find peace and happiness.
