On July 2, 2001,
the 225th anniversary of
American independence,
a man and a
woman
said,
sang, and
shouted their support for
the Decentralization Amendment to
the constitution of
the United States of America.
Like a toddler of two
shouting "NO!"
to an older bigger stronger child
doing something unwanted,
the toddler cannot find peace
until the older child
learns to listen to that "NO!"
The watchful presence of
a loving adult can help that
older child to learn to listen.

The governments of
our 50 states can be
that watchful loving adult.
If a sufficient majority of states
pass the Privatization Amendment,
we enter a new age of
political decentralization,
where decisions about our lives,
our lakes, our rivers, our air,
our role
in the world,
are made more locally
-- precisely 51 times more locally.
Our 50 states
CAN reform
our federal government!
We invite you to join us in
supporting the
Decentralization
Amendment
to the constitution of the
United States of America:
